This company has stole my money. It’s been 3 months and still haven’t received my items!

Ordered 2 shirts from them before Christmas of 2023. I mistakenly put in the wrong 3 digit CCU code from my debit card so my card was declined, no biggie because that part was my fault. I received a text message and an email from my bank saying that the charge was not successful and blocked due to the wrong CCU code. So I put my card info in this time with the correct CCU, order was submitted fine this time. But to my surprise, both the orders went through on their end and to my confusion, I was charged twice, how they were able to bypass the bank’s blocked charge, I have no idea and super sketchy. So I emailed them to explain the issue and they were very short with me and said they’d refund me. But what I guess they meant was they’d NOT refund my bank, they’d only issue a store credit. Super sketchy again because my bank said it was odd they bypassed the blocked charge to begin with. So after reaching out to them in comments, Facebook messenger, and email. They claimed they weren’t receiving the emails and blah blah blah, even though it was the same email they had used to tell me they were “refunding” me. Once I received the 2 shirts I ordered, one of the shirts that happened to be a Christmas shirt, had noticeable defects. Of course I immediately sent pictures to them, of course no reply to my issues. Their Facebook page doesn’t allow reviews, that should be your warning. Especially since they are a warehouse boutique, no storefront. They’ve made local news about their operations and yet they are still in business. Thankfully my bank took care of the issue and I was refunded my money. I’m hoping to save others the trouble and just stay clear of this “Mason Grace Froggs and Frills boutique” of Ozark owned by Haley Stevens.

They have cute shirts but DO NOT give them your business. I have placed 3 orders cause I’m like ok maybe it was a fluke. It’s not problems with all 3 orders. It has gotten worse every time. The first it was just delayed a few days. The second time I ordered 3 shirts. They sent me one wrong initials, one completely blank. They did send the right ones eventually but I had to wait for them to be re done and shipped. My last order took 40 business days. That is not counting weekends or holidays. I have sent over 5 emails with no answer to any of them. I have even left a comment on their Facebook. Nothing. I looked at their reviews and BBB. All kinds of problems. Run away!!! It is not worth the trouble they cause. If you don’t believe me look at other reviews or the better business bureau. Yikes! I deleted them off my Facebook so I would never be tempted with a good price or cute shirt ever again.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I placed an order March 18th and was told it would be anywhere from 16-18 business days. Since then I have emailed them multiple times with no response it has been WELL over the time frame for my items to ship. I get on Facebook and leave a comment trying to get a response and they block me immediately. Do not buy from this company unless you like being scammed!

It took over a month to get a response for help on an order refund. I emailed daily and never got a reply until I posted on their Facebook page Complaining. That got my comments deleted and then eventually blocked. They used my old account from years ago with an email I didn’t have access to instead of the one I was currently using, and blamed me for the issue. When I went to use my “store credit” it wasn’t there. I asked for help. The help I got was an ugly email, blocked from their facebook page, and finally a refund to my bank account after I threatened to report fraud to my bank. I was even blocked from their app here until I logged in on a friends account and realized it. Please stay away from this company. She changed her store name from just Frogs and Frills b/c business was so rotten and was taking money and ppl weren’t getting their orders. But changing your name isn’t gonna change the way she does things. DON’T do business with this company.

I have ordered a couple of things from them and it was fine when it didn’t matter how long it took. I didn’t really pay attention. Then, I ordered two Christmas sweatshirts on November 16th. Well in advance, right? Wrong. Five weeks went by and they had not shipped. I was not going to have them in time for Christmas. Their customer service was short with me and not helpful. So, I asked about my order on Facebook and said how long it was taking. Now, I’m blocked like others have been. Totally fine because I would NEVER purchase from them again. They obviously don’t want people to know about their terrible customer service!! Too many other cute boutiques to support who value their customers.

They block you if you tell the truth about shipping

I downloaded this app just to leave this review. I ordered like 10 shirts from this company. The designs were so cute! I ordered well in advance since they advertised like 14 days or something like that. It literally took a month. Not including weekends…so an add pops up on FB and I’m reading comments and someone asked how long does it actually take and I answered the truth. Bout a month. Tell me why they blocked me 😂😂 I’m just now wearing the shirts and thought ok I should order NOW for valentines since it takes so long and I can’t find the FB group fro the life of me. I used my husbands FB and pulled it right up. To make sure I wasn’t tripping. So I’m coming here to agree with all the other comments that they market one time and it’s just simply not true and honestly I was ok with the time since I didn’t need it but to block me shows that they rather lie and that’s unfortunate 🥲

Same problem with communication as the above review mentions!! It took FIVE DAYS for the company to respond back in email. That’s the only way of communication they have unless you comment on a post like the above review mentions! Also not very friendly when they finally replied back to me, pretty much telling me I lied when I didn’t. FALSE! Won”t order from them again.

DO NOT waste your time — prices aren’t worth the headaches & inconveniences.

The prices are great, but don’t let it lure you in to the headache you’ll receive on top of the unkind customer service — IF you receive customer service, that is. Placed two orders within 2 days of each other. Items were expected to ship 14-16 business days later. Items didn’t ship until 22 business days later [ after being printed for almost 2 weeks & waiting to be dropped off at post office ]. Within this time, I sent a few messages back & forth for updates. I would have to write the Facebook messenger or comment on a post to get someone to respond in emails. Because of the inconvenience, was told I would receive a credit, but never did. When I received my first order, THREE items were missing & one item was messed up. Wrote them to let them know, days went by without a response. So, again. Went to Facebook messenger & commented on a post. Rather than receiving any kind of apology as well as the rest of my items — the company refunded me without a word. To me, this speaks volume. And, being that this was my first order(s) from the company — what an impression made. So, hopefully someone who hasn’t ordered from them reads this & runs!
