The app is so slow, it’s almost impossible to use to browse and book appointments. Sorely needs some updating for iOS18.

How on earth is this app rated so highly? It barely functions. Everything takes forever to load, can’t save preferences or update information, and can’t reschedule or cancel an appointment. What is even the point if you have to call a location to do nearly everything?

The app is slow to respond if it does and the location settings are not working

I’ve had moderate success in using the app for a couple of years. It doesn’t have a lot of flexibility, and is basically a pink calendar. However, I was able to get a few things done. Lately, it takes forever to load pages, forever to load options, and the loading indicator spins and spins and spins. It is this way on my phone and my iPad, it is this way at home and another location locations, so I do not believe it is my tech It would help to check the bandwidth on this, and also give it a bit more searching flexibility. For example, I would like to book facials and massages on the same day. In order to do that, I have to search several days for one and then go back and search several days for the other. There’s no option to search two services at the same day. Regardless, the pages need to load quicker.

The app doesn’t work. It’s slow and doesn’t load all available appointments

I use it to schedule appointments but that’s pretty much all it’s good for. I’ve been a member for 10 years and I still can’t see my credits balance, transfer credits or cancel my membership through the app. I also learned that you can do 2 and 3 hour sessions but the app doesn’t show that as an option and show how many credits it costs. It’s pretty bare minimum.

Good app, easy to use. There is no display for points when signed up for monthly sub though.

One would assume that the purpose of an app is to make access easier and more manageable. However, neither the app or the website make it easy to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Supposedly I should be able to select the appointment and then modify it, but clicking on the appointment tab only shows me the scheduled appointment. Nothing happens when I try to click on the appointment tab, whether it be online or on the app. Abhorrent. Why have the app at all?

I’m very disappointed with this app. I can’t update my phone number, nor can I see how many prepaid appointments I have accrued. I’m going to delete the app from my phone. Not really worth if.

Rescheduling and cancelling is basic functionality that should be made available.
