Love the credit union! Only feedback is the bill pay feature on the app is a bit clunky. Previous version was easier to use. Great credit union, though!

Could you please add (or help me find) access to recurring account transfers?

Do not like the new font/format.

MassMutual Credit Union is like the banks I heard about growing up. They care about you as a person, offer great services and products. Join, open an account, give them a shot.

Bill pay section of this app is absolutely the worst. I have 2 other banks I use and I used to brag about how smooth and easy it was to use your app, now I am embarrassed and aggravated about how horrible it is. Nothing is easy on this app

Check deposit does not work Just tells you to rotate your camera and you have to shut down the app

Never had an issue with this app. It does all the essentials well with no instability.

Account update take longer the traditional banks

Please fix quick balance widget on iPhone. I haven’t been able to see the quick balances in weeks. I’ve turned it on and off, force quit the app, and uninstalled and reinstalled widget. Please fix

It would be nice if I could open the app and actually see what I have. It unlocks my account but proceeds to load for over hours at a time never showing me anything. Really disappointed because it was working great till the update.
