Ga ramah di kantong
Update terbaru bikin game ini ga ramah di kantong, pemain VIP aja banyak yg nyerah, kemahalan.. Kita tuh ga masalah loh kl ada yg harus di bayar, tapi nga gtu juga update nya yg bikin hampir seluruh pemain protes..
Can’t reshuffle tiles in Mooncake event
Got stuck in Mooncake event because no possible moves left but there is no shuffle button (unlike tea event when it will be shuffled when no moves left. Disappointed because this special event offers a lot of prizes but I can’t do anything now. But getting disappointed more because I can’t contact in game support. It always says ticket limit exceeded when I try to submit the ticket. The developers create many new features lately but they are full of bugs, so frustrating.

Awal nya seh fun lama2 kaya berasa beli buat menang. Duit duit terus. Dah gitu banyak ya cabut . Server Game sepi !! Monoton event nya . Jgn beli Vip !! Rugi , awal nya doang semangat , begitu masuk hari ke 200 pada ga ada yg main .

U cut off our shopper n now we cant even open the game? R u really want us to leave?
Developer is not transparent
In this game, a few times developer made a decision that make me feel at loss. But still, I still play the game. Recently, they made another update and didn’t put what the update change is. Normally, we will get reward of event automatically after the event end without need to claim it and suddenly they change it we must to claim it to get reward. This make me as event winner get a 4 days reward loss and they won’t do anything about that. Just reply from a customer service took it 3 days. I wonder if the developer is serious about this game or just want us to burn our money.

At first, all was good and exciting.. but the last update was so disappointed.. “paid to win” and no more fun..
New (adjustment) update dissapointing!
Stupid adjustment update! Everything was fine, both free or paying players was happy playing until you decide to make unacceptable adjustment! It’s become harder to obtain resources now since you cut the shopper income by too much! And raising bid store also a bad idea! People are complaining and leaving the game! I am a VIP7 at s17:Theign and this is the first time I complain about a game update. Very dissapointing! You must re-adjust it back as before!!
Absolutely horrible update - review from vip
I used to love this game. Then with the new update the developer made it even harder for us to earn ingots. I'm a vip player and even this new move made me upset. They reduced income from shopper's row (yes the one we have to fight every day), removing banquet materials from bid exchange, removing hero's order shard and special order's shard from shopper's row exchange, removing magical peach from shopper's row income, increasing the price from the exchange shop, increasing the price of the god of wealth (the large pack was 588 ingots now it's 988 ingots), reducing the ingots you got from the large pack to almost nothing (you used to get around half of the cost back. This new developer didn't have the players' best interest in heart. You guys don't want us to enjoy the game. We lost so many active players and you're going to lose even more. I've seen and played games like this being ruined by greedy developers. Give us back what we deserve. Attract more players, not losing us by forcing people to spend.
