Delay payment
I have used MasterRemit unfortunately my experience is very unfortunate. I have sent two payment which I needed urgently last Wednesday, both payments are pending and no replies to countless emails I have sent to resolve my issue. I have called as well no answer. This is unfortunate as the experience I had before was good.

Remit has been the best way to send money to my family back home to Ethiopia, I have literally tried many different ways and always had issues but Remit has been the best experience so far. I wish I knew about them earlier.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service experience l've had on your app. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for support, my queries were either ignored or inadequately addressed. The response times are unreasonably slow, and when I do get a reply, it often feels generic and unhelpful. Additionally, resolving issues seems to take far longer than it should, which is frustrating
