Do not, and I mean DO NOT download this app! I ran out of profiles to view in approximately 10-15min after joining. They force you to sign up and commit to a subscription before allowing you to view potential matches, so they get money either way. I changed my preferences to over 100km away and only one profile showed up, and the guy was Cessnock 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m in Sydney! There’s a reason people don’t use this app. Also to the company: REFUND ME

This app is a complete waste of time and a massive rip off.. I worked this out within the first 30 mins of using it. I requested a refund and the customer service staff member said because I had sent a message they would not give me a refund. Yes I sent a message while I was figuring out that there are very few girls in my area using this app and probably because it’s a scam. So now I’m getting my bank involved and taking it further with apple as this app should not be allowed in the AppStore.

So disappointed in this app. After receiving emails every day telling me I had messages, I finally paid for one month to check my messages. Once I paid and logged into my Account, I found I only had 1 message!!! I now can’t even access my account. I’ve emailed Support and have received nothing back. I’ve also stopped getting emails telling me I have messages. It’s the biggest scam ever!!!!

You can’t message anyone who u match with unless you subscribe. You can even give socials on the profile. So dodgy. I know why I left this app in the first place! Worst dating app ever.

I’ve suddenly been locked out. The contact phone number won’t connect and the email link doesn’t work.

I have asked to delete the profile as I could not log into the account. I have had no response whatsoever ever. I have tried to reset the password and that does not work

Both this app and the web based version have not allowed me to log in since the 5th of July. Despite reporting the issue multiple times I still have not received any help to resolve the issue. I have no idea what the issue is including whether my account has been hacked. I had a paid subscription but I guess once they have your money that’s where the service stops.

Lots of good looking nice guys photos ,then join the member ship completely different, same good looking guys photos for different name on it and keep asking for more money for the boost chat what’s the F ,this app is scam??I I went my money back .

Doesn’t seem to know zip codes outside of the US. If this service is meant only for the US, than it shouldn’t be available to download in other countries. And yes, I am registered I the country where I was trying to use the service. Please do not assume, or you run the risk of making wrong assumptions. Plain and simple, it’s a bug.
