Uh Oh - Nothing is working since Update

New Year’s Day 2025 game won’t open.

I’ve waited 30 days to see what will be built today but the game won’t open for me. I checked for updates but there isn’t one. Please help. Pretty disappointed not being able to play the game today because it won’t open. Out of the three games I play this is the only one that won’t open. Is this going to happen at the beginning of every month? Thank you for the update.

Why does it still freeze up in level 18 ,

Sound????

Love the game, great game, working my way thru and around ads, but the real problem is now, no sound! Worked fine on my Mac tablet last night, then just quit. I shut it all the way down over nite, and today still no sound. How to get it back please? The sounds are really important and I am bummed. Hope there is a happy, good answer to this.

Love the soundtrack, love the atmosphere of the levels, and I love the gameplay. The majority of these types of matching games have cartoony graphics and gameplay and while that’s perfectly fine, I’ve wanted to find a matching game with a very vintage fantasy feel to it, with more realistic graphics than games like candy crush, royal match, etc. This one is exactly what I’ve been looking for and it doesn’t disappoint so far.

Glitches

I absolutely love this game but the freezing is getting annoying restarting at the end of every level is a huge pain please fix

decent but buggy

be fine except for paying 40+ gems to get essentials needed and having the game DOCK the gems without giving out what i paid for. emailed for help and got no response. aggravating.

Match Ventures

I really enjoy playing this game. However I’ve come across a problem on level 1003. The game freezes in the third level & you can’t get out of it without restarting the level. I’ve restarted three times, but no luck.

Not The Same

I have played this game for several years and enjoyed it very much. However, it has changed, and I now have to watch an ad before every level along with being given the option to watch an ad at the end of every level. It used to be just the end of level ads with nothing to interrupt the game. The irony here is that the ad I see the most is the one that says, “If you have to watch an ad for every level, don’t play it.” I am taking this advice to heart and will be uninstalling this game.
