How to sync the purchase with family?

I have purchased the full package($9.98) from my wife's devise. After purchase, I have downloaded to my devise to use(my wife and my devise are linked with family sharing). But when my kid play from my devise, the game is asking to buy it again after level 2. How? No choice?

Each task is a little different causing confusion

I had some trouble trying to access to the app, and I emailed them, I was kind of worried because they already charged on the card the subscription and I thought they wouldn’t respond back however, they kindly responded quickly and help me step by step how to get access to all the content of the app. My 3 year old daughter loves the app. Thank you so much for this amazing app.
