Still same issue
As much as I don’t want to give a negative response, I am left with no choice. I complained about being unable to replay the games, Brooke Davis reached out after a while and I took a screenshot almost immediately she sent an email to reply saying that it can’t be played again and until now nothing has been done and she never replied that email even though I have a proof. This is a total waste of money. I did one year subscription and my son played all in less than 6 months and it can’t be reset, I’m highly disappointed!
