Pretty simple for it's power
There does not seem to be any beating this app that this price point. There's build in tutorials and all. The developers are really quick and nice about responding to questions about the app.
Well designed, impressive capabilities
Computer Algebra System (CAS) app through which one can plot functions (2D or 3D) and perform a range of operations on a given expression. Among the operations are exact differentiation and integration, finding the limit value, calculating a specified sum, simplifying an expression, solving an equality for the variable, factorization of a given number and matrix calculations. A large number of functions as well as some units and constants are available for use. The user interface is good and multiple tasks are easily handled alongside each other. A well designed app with impressive capabilities. Recommended.
The superior calculator app.
PocketCAS feels like it is made to actually help the user calculate stuff, instead of just being confusing. Still it’s incredibly powerfull. What more can one wish for? Maybe an integrated keyboard instead of a floating extra window and some more love for the UI. These are minor problems though but would be nice in the future. One thing i really wish was here (and the reason it’s only 4 stars for now) is that the units feature is half baked at best. This makes it hard to use in electronics and physics. Also better options for layout managment and export, please. Markdown support would be nice. I want to be able to do math homework in PocketCAS, add figures, text, references ect. directly in the document view and export it to a nice PDF or LaTeX code. Also, no pinch to zoom in plot view. It facilitates the scroll gesture for this instead which makes no sense and feels very little like OS X.

Great CAS software
I have used pocketcas for a year now and it does it's job. One of the best CAS app's available on the market. Easy to use. Great service and support. I recommend pocketCAS to everyone that are looking for a good CAS software for iOS. Thumps up from here!
Definitely worth it
This sweet app has yet to let me down - One year after I puchased it I still haven't found a situation where PocketCAS wasn't able to calculate what i needed it to.

This app is fantastic. Take your time to learn how to use it, and you will only be limited by your own imagination.
Very useful
Super overpowered pocket calculator. Nice and clean interface, great for graphing. A must have for the engineer or scientist who doesn't always have a laptop handy.

Can only solve very simple equations....
