Very good
You do have to do a free trial but I may keep on paying for it as it teaches me how to do the problems I struggle with and it will help me with my tests, I use this to help me with questions I struggle on with sparx maths (the teacher sets topics that we will be doing soon or ones we are doing now) so this will be very helpful for learning tricky questions. I am very happy with my experience as I popped in a request and got my answer within 1-2 minutes so thank you for making a brilliant app!!

Told me I had a 3 day 3 trial and took £9.99 out of my account and won’t give it back

don’t bother with this app, asked a question a month ago and never got a response and was left on opened the whole time. someone said that it even gave them a wrong answer and the prices for this app and its service are ridiculous, literally any other maths app is bound to be better

I am appauled. Jewel who apparently is "always happy to help" called me illiterate and gave me the wrong answer more than once!!!! She proceeds to be rude to me even though shes giving the wrong answers!! Get your so called "experts" fixed! Horrible customer service.

Such a huge scam omg
Honestly this app does not help with your maths homework at all, would NOT recommend unless you’re willing to pay like £30 to see the actual answers. They hit you with the “Oh, we’re always willing to help!” but that only applies if you want to pay. Like they don’t even let you view the answer before they force you to either lay for a subscription or do a “free trial” but like what student is going to fork out just to get answers to a math problem? Look for a different app because this one is NOT it.
Awful app
Does not work. Continuously says the photo quality is not good enough (even though it’s taken on a modern iPhone and perfectly readable). Also says it will take 2 mins, then keeps just adding more time on.
