With Matter, alter the reality of your photos by seamlessly adding unique 3D objects to them. Choose from 4 packs of models ranging from simple geometric shapes to complex, architectural structures. Once you’ve chosen your object, select from a range of visual styles to make it reflective or refractive, opaque or translucent. Output high resolution images and even videos.

Make your edits even more realistic by adding and adjusting the model’s shadow. Fine-tune the shadow's position, opacity, and strength. Use the built-in masking tools to erase portions of your model or shadow to seamlessly blend it into your photo's environment.

Use the unique video export feature to create short animated loops of the object spinning, pulsing, and hovering in your photo. Adjust the rotation speed and direction for a different effect every time.

Best Art App Ever Made

Matter has been on every iPhone I've owned since the early models where it first arrived. It is no longer updated sadly, but it still captivates m for hours on end. You may think you understand how to use it but to get the most out of it one must spend hours trying every setting. We can only hope that one day this will be revived. I would give GOOD app money for that. I am using an XR and iOS 14 at the time of review

This needs to be updated but that is not going to happen. A “we hope some idiot buy’s it while we focus on our subscription apps” That’s where the $$$ is..

Video

Video animation? Where can you do that in the app? I have been using it for a while but didn’t come across any features for video editing

It's a beautiful app with some nice features. Sadly it crashes too often.

Pretty Cool!

I really like what the app can do, especally with the music visualization. My only wish is that the app could render longer videos than 15 seconds, then I would give 5 stars

Innovativ app!

Det är mer att upptäcka med den här appen än att bara placera ut 3D objekt i bilder. Objekten du placerar ut kan vara tex reflekterande, vilket låter dig använda appen för att skulptera bilden på nya sätt. Sen är det ju video också. Hade önskat längre video snuttar bara.
