Based on your location and the set filters the map shows you the way to your destination of choice. No matter if it is the Gornergrat Railway, the next pizzeria or a bar with view on the Matterhorn.

PROFILE
Save point of interests to your favorites and create a list of your very own must sees. Additionally, you will find a log of all your purchases such as your ski pass for the Matterhorn paradise or the train ticket for the Gornergrat Railway - all in your profile.
SHOP
Buy ski passes or tickets to the most beautiful excursion peaks. Simply purchase your transport ticket on the app and get a valid QR code straight to your phone. If you go skiing, get your ticket at one of the numerous pick up stations and skip the line.
Accepted payment methods are Master Card and VISA (AMEX following soon).
LIVE-INFORMATIONEN
Get live info on the weather, snow conditions, lifts, and more. Check out the Zermatt webcams to get a real-time view on conditions in the valley and on the mountain.

Impossible to buy ski pass online
This is 2020, and you still have to stand in line to manually buy a ski pass.
Ski pass with shuttle train option did not work
I bought a ski pass including the shuttle train to Randa, using my swiss pass as a ticket. However the ticket controller on the train couldn’t read this shuttle option from my swiss pass, so I had to pay for the train that was supposed to be included in the ski pass.
Drops continously. Vert bad.

Good idea but unstable
The app feels laggy and unstable while being used. Birthdates are not correctly taken in account, the days gets selected differently while booking, not a trustworthy feeling for paying hundreds of CHF ski passes

Neues Login und sehr schlechtes UX
Ich wollte nur einen Skipass auf den Swisspass laden. Auf der Website geht es nicht, man soll „die App“ nutzen. Dass die App Matterhorn heisst steht nirgendwo. Ein neues Login wird benötigt, wäre ja zu einfach dasselbe wie auf der Website zu haben. Der Shop ist schlecht designed mit den Eingabefelder und der Tastatur welche absolut oversized ist und nicht meinen Settings entspricht. Der Kauf und die Swisspass Erfassung hat immerhin anscheinend geklappt. Hoffentlich komme ich durch die Drehtüren ich traue dem aktuell gar nicht.
November nicht buchbar, nur Sommer…
Über die App ist nur der Sommerskipass buchbar? Dabei ist Ende Oktober.

Pas assez d info, pas d info sur le possibilité de faire des tours en calèche/pas d horaire/pas de prix. Météo pas précise. Dans le filtre, pas d indication précise sur les prix dans les restaurants ou bar. Donc pas complet. Hotel, pas d info sur les piscines couvertes chauffées (température de l eau, possibilités d entrée/limitée payante pour des clients hors de l hôtel ? …
QR-Tickets
Anders als bei vielen anderen Apps wird der Bildschirm bei öffnen der gekauften QR Code Ticket nicht automatisch aufgehellt, was dazu führt, das mehrere Leser der Bergbahnen Probleme damit haben, das Ticket zu lesen. Man muss dann umständlich die Bildschirme Helligkeit von Hand erhöhen. Hier gibt es potential für Verbesserung Ansonsten finde ich die App super
