I found shower heads that I had not been able to find anywhere else. I was so excited that I ordered two. I instialled the first one. It leaked. I Installed the second one. It had a worse leak. I contacted support. Got a quick response and they sent replacements. I was happy. The replacements arrived. They were spraying water from the seams on the shower heads, worse that the original ones. I have not gotten any response from their support after multiple emails. I just want my money refunded and I cannot get an answer. I haven't even gotten a response to any of the several emails I have sent. Although the app seems to work great, I cannot recommend this app or its products or their support that has become nonresponsive.

This app has some cool stuff. Very easy to navigate. I plan on ordering a couple things to test the authenticity of the creators. Gonna buy my first home & decorate w some stuff from here (thats the plan, anyway.)
