Your photos & photo gifts will be printed within 1 hour during opening times. Please note that Photo Centres within Asda or Tesco supermarkets are not open the same hours as the supermarket itself – please check our website for details.

Awful User Experience

This is the most frustrating user experience on an app I have ever used. They have AI and hint pop ups constantly. Awful. So infuriating to use. Do they honestly think that people don’t know how to order online. Absolutely terrible. Tries to be helpful and ends being horrible to use. Pathetic.

Awful app

I selected 86 photos to buy but somehow only ordered 20 odd. Such a confusing app doesn't tell you how many are in your basket… I paid £14 for 20 photos….

Very Disappointed

App does not work without full access to all your photos and photo albums. Not giving you access to everything just so I can print a photo. Taking my money elsewhere.

Most frustrating app!

Deleted within 5 mins of downloading. I don’t want to give full access to all photos, I don’t want AI to organise my photos, I don’t want AI to crop my photo and make a complete hash of it!! I just want to upload the photo I choose and get it printed…simple! Or it should be!!

Can’t pick photos

So frustrating! Trying to choose photo’s, won’t let me scroll, won’t let me pick, IF I do manage to pick a photo it'll pick the wrong one, IF I do manage to scroll it'll delete or pick a photo I don’t want. Deleted & re-loaded app, still the same! That’s it I’m done with it!

Great service!

Ordered some prints on the App to collect at the store inside Tesco in St Helens this afternoon. Also needed a 12 by 8 print while I was in store, but had very little time to spare. Both assistants could not have been more helpful! As I paid for the prints, the other assistant sorted the enlargement out, so it was ready to take with me immediately. Wonderful customer service. Will shop there again.

Terrible app

Crashes constantly, I’ve been trying to select a handful of properties to print for 40 minutes. Freezing and crashing - update please!!

Last minute gift

Absolutely love this product and the amazing service ordered one day ready to collect the next day brilliant

Crashing

The App keeps crashing and I have to restart my order three times. Eventually went online and managed to checkout there. What a waste of time!
