This is real women with real lives, there is nothing flashy about it but the tunes are banging, the energy is through the roof and we are taking our fitness to another level every single time.
You will walk out of this class feeling ten feet tall, sassy, savvy, confident and powerful.
My tunes are SO GOOD you won't even know you're exercising!
Every single song is a good'un and will get the best out of you, this is the best fun you can have in the name of exercise.
