The app was just a trash.. Nothing to see there. Not user friendly at all.

The maxi app is not working properly. First i tried check the balance for my reimbursement but there is an error, tried to delete and download the app again and again but still there is an ERROR. I had deleted my card that was added on the account because maybe its just loading and now i cannot even add it again. Its too much hassle.

App is so buggy cannot even update the new Maxicare Card Number. It just shows chinese characters

wrote an email to support team but no response and the funds on the app cannot be transferred. it always says failed. hope you could explore other options aside from bank xfer

The only thing you can do with this app is buy coverage nothing else. Very useless

Book appointment is not working. Had to call the hotline and spend money to talk to an agent only to find out that the earliest and nearest available PCC and specialist have 2weeks to 1month waiting time. People are sick and we need to get consultation as early as possible!

There’s nothing that we can actually do within the app. Previous version is better. Get a better developer!

This app served no purpose.

Booking appt button doesn’t work. Needs to download another app for video consult. Download app to screenshot your digital card then pwede na uninstall.
