Your app doesn’t work at all!! Shocking to experience this from a telco service provider. When I tap to open the app, u see only the logo n then returns to home screen. Same for your hotlink postpaid apps. You really need to sort this out ASAP.

甚麼鬼地方來的 Maxis App？竟然只允許英文的選擇？在馬來西亞多數是馬來人，在亞洲多是華人，這英文有什麼了不起？太離譜了事！就好像我去你的家然後規定你只用左手洗屁股，不可以用厠所紙，只可以用1 Liter 的水而已，你受的了嗎？

Have unknown charges to my hp bill for two months, called to maxis customer service and ask me to wait for call again from maxis but didn’t get the call or any response from maxis over a month. Really bad customer service.

Can’t even log in.

After logging in with Email and password, all I get is a loading in progress wheel with the message, “Please wait while we get the app ready for you.” Nothing else happens. I face the same problem after reinstalling the App. Need help to solve this problem.

Hard to get through via phone, App is frequently down and ask to do new signup

This app is a pain to use. The ‘chat’ feature will keep you waiting for the longest time. And page keeps having UI problems & the overall features are not very well thought through.

Keep on crashing

Your app development team are totally rubbish. If your app does not support older version of IOS, why would you allow user to update the app at first? Get ready to receive your payment late. Congrats
