Maxor needs to completely start over on this app. Doesn’t work. I have done everything customer service suggested to do. There is no technical support whatsoever.

Cannot use. The app freezes up when you select certain functions. Told Maxor about it months ago. No fix as of 2/7/2022.

The app is always logging itself out. Pitiful.

Doesn’t resize to fit the display on my iPhone 11. Freezes. Not useful. Not worth it. Maybe a reflection of the company as a whole.

Freezes frequently Waste of time

OMG! I’d give the app a Zero if I could! The whole point is to cleanly order extant prescriptions and then follow these through the process., like so: Order your med, On order, Being Processed, Enroute, ETA But No!!! These aren’t possible, in fact sometimes I found even simple ordering wasn’t possible! (Must I write the code, oh I forgot - someone in a foreign country must be writing the code to save money...) Skip the anguish, call the actual people at Maxor

This app just doesn’t work, its a waste of space and does not let you manage or complete anything. To get anything done you have to either use the website (which is also not user friendly) or call. Completely disappointing
