The Maxxia app is really easy and straightforward for anyone to understand and use.
Has been very difficult to login to the app in the past week. Prior to that it was an easy and quick process. Now I think I’ve been successful only once in the last 20 attempts.
This app has never been accurate it’s slow and clunky and for a finance app just not good enough

If I could give zero stars, I would. This novated leasing company is the epitome of inefficiency and poor service. From the very beginning, they have been a complete nightmare to deal with. 1. Lack of Efficiency: Forget about getting anything done on time. Every interaction involves endless delays, missed deadlines, and constant excuses. It’s clear they have no respect for their clients’ time. 2. Misinformation Galore: Their representatives never provide accurate answers. Every question is met with vague responses, conflicting information, or outright wrong advice. You’ll spend more time correcting their errors than actually enjoying your lease. 3. Overcharging and Hidden Fees: The pricing is a joke. Expect to be overcharged for everything, with additional hidden charges popping up at every corner. These charges are never properly explained or justified, and you’ll only discover them after you’ve signed the contract. 4. Poor Communication: Don’t expect timely responses. Emails go unanswered for days, and when they do respond, it’s a half-baked answer that raises more questions than it resolves. This company is a textbook example of how NOT to run a business. They lack transparency, professionalism, and basic customer service skills. The entire experience has been frustrating, expensive, and an absolute waste of time. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Save yourself the hassle and find a company that actually values its customers.
This App is truly awful it’s slow, buggy, frequently crashes, it often takes multiple attempts to upload a receipt, sometimes I have to try again in a day or two. I would not use Maxxia due to how bad the app is but our salary package provider is selected by our employer so I’m stuck.

Very friendly and helpful but have had other novated lease cars and never needed to chase up rego before they include that in their service.
