The new version logged me out and now to log back in I’m having trouble. It says I have invalid credentials and will not let me access the app.

Updated version will not allow me to log in and view my purchases

Can’t login because the email that needs to get verified never gets sent and of course they don’t reply to their customer support email either.

I can’t see my purchase

I hate this update WTH happened to my tickets, I also took a screenshot so hopefully they take that but no word back from any customer service rep for 3 days

I used to love the app but ever since it got updated I put my information and it says to verify my email and I don’t receive any email at all. I check my spam and junk mail and nothing. Fix this and it will be amazing!

No longer can I access my account. My tickets for upcoming films, or my tickets from maya mas. Their contact us form on their website still has yet to reply. Fix it please.

I paid for tickets right before the update and thank goodness I screenshotted my barcode for the tickets because now I cannot find them anywhere, they’re gone.

Can’t login to our account in the new app. There was another update today that I hoped would fix it but no.

Leaving an updated review because I finally figured out how to log into the latest version of the app. This is my go-to theatre. They have many screens and a good selection of big movies as well as some independent smaller films and a decent concessions menu. Their Maya!Mas subscription is a great deal, especially for 6 movies/month and they are the only theatre I know of that rolls over unused movie tickets and allows you to purchase tickets for other people using the subscription tickets. I still have to get used to the updated app. Only one movie is showing under my past purchases history, so hope that gets fixed to show my other past purchases, even if it only goes back so far. Also, it shows my points balance as expiring in seven days, so hopefully that’s something that’ll be fixed as well.
