Freezes

Game is fun but freezes a lot and loosing points and prizes due to it freezing up Hopefully it gets fixed. I’ve deleted and re installed game and still freezes

Not fun anymore

At first, I loved the game and it’s challenge because I play Royal Match but lately every time I play it quits in the middle of the level which means I have to start the level over. I lose my perks, my coins and if I’m in a competition I lose that too. It’s not fun anymore. I stop playing until it’s fixed 😞

Real fun I enjoy it.

Inconsistent

Fun but crashes easily. Doesn’t save reward progress. Freezes up constantly

Crashes eat up your IAPs

The game does not save its state, so if you crash mid game, the game chalks that up as a loss, and you lose whatever advantage you’d been building up. It’s not the crashing that gets you, it’s how dumb you feel having spent money on the thing again. Which is a dealbreaker for a pick-me-up, which these types of games are for the most of us. Its extra sad because without this, this would be a great game, in many ways better than its kingly sibling. But while they seem to be squashing bugs, they are not building in the types of guardrails that would make the bugs’ damage less expensive to the user. I wish I could get refunds.

Extremely frustrusted w this game

I have been playing this game religiously for a while because it’s similar to Royal Match, and I’m very far in that game so I can’t play as often since I don’t win as much anymore. My problem with this game is it constantly freezes when I winning runs and have loaded up my Mayors favors…. Open a new level and it’s just blank. Can’t push any buttons. THEN u have no choice but to close the app and reopen, only to find now my wins are ZERO and I just lost all my favors. Makes me wanna delete this game big time!

Too many glitches

You work hard to get the superball and then it locks up on you or plain just drops you and you have to start back at zero. Please fix the glitches

Cool game

Very entertaining and it’s cool that I can still play with out WiFi and no adds!!!

I don’t know about this one

I have only played it a few days, but the app has a lot of bugs. The game is pretty standard and hits all those dopamine boosts, and you can build rewards for consecutive wins. However, whenever I have a streak of wins and have built up the rewards, the app crashes, and it resets to zero wins, meaning you lose the rewards that you get for consecutive wins. Conveniently, those rewards are available for purchase. Personally, I would not consider making any in-app purchases until I feel comfortable that the bugs are fixed and the game won’t arbitrarily take away things that you earn.

Nice but problematic.

Since the last update. I found the following issues. No chat allowed No prizes can be collected The Team Heist has been frozen for three weeks. This a fun and entertaining game, fix the problems. Thank you.
