Cannot use other languages
Languages other than english require the app to be given full access, which means anything entered might be sent over to the app makers (even at a later time). This is a major privacy flaw in the app, and the app makers don’t make clear why this is needed. So unusable. One star is being kind.
beetje duur
het is wel een handige app, maar je moet eerst voor 10,99 de engelse versie kopen om vervolgens voor nogeens 10,99 de nederlandse Add-on aan te schaffen. kijk 10 euro om even iets te proberen is leuk, maar kostbaar. 22 euro vind ik daarentegen wel erg veel. naar mijn mening moet je gewoon gelijk de goede taal kunnen kopen. en anders moeten ze hem gelijk voor 22 euro aanbieden. over het gebruik kan ik nog niet veel zeggen, omdat ik een echte GoodNotes fan ben en dus veel schrijf en weinig gebruik maak van de getypte teksten.
Great handwriting App!
I am writing this review using mazec. The recognition is extremely accurate. In particular, when used in combination with an Apple Pencil, the feeling is just like writing with paper and pen.
Doesn’t work with 14.5 update
Please update. After 14.5, it stop taking pencil input
Crashes
After several months of use (it WAS awesome) the keyboard now crashes and is useless. There is no more customer support so money wasted.
Do not buy this for Apple iPad Pro with Apple Pencil
It does not work and there is no support anymore.
Works as described
I’m surprised there aren’t more keyboards like this, but it works as described. I wrote this review using it. It lets me take handwritten notes in any app like Evernote or Notes.
Almost Perfect
I really enjoy using this keyboard. However, it needs to support Dark Mode. App is less pleasurable for me when it breaks the cohesiveness of the UI.
Why this app should go from 3.8 stars to -2 stars
lets tally up my star rating! +1 for being one of the few writing keyboards -1 for lack of updates +1 for giving time to write, it does not auto input like selvy pen script which can be nice for some if you're the type to take your time but if youre someone like me who writes fast it had gotten annoying pretty fast when I had to keep pressing the enter button to input a few words +1 for the developer adding a pretty nice user manual with pictures and easy to follow steps -1 The features for this app are not worth $12. Only look in this apps direction if it's $10 cheaper -1 Annoying that the writing pad is so small and you can't adjust the size of it also it doesn't float -1 to get the most bang for your buck you better have a pencil so it doesn't register your hand while writing with your finger -1 Good luck with puncuation so the star result is -2! I would not recommend this to anyone! If I could, I would get a refund. Save yourself time and money by just purchasing Selvy pen script. Yeah, it auto inputs a bit fast but there are way less mistakes, it's free, you don't have to press enter every five words, and it's simple to use.
