Bezsensowna apka

Najgorszy serwis bankowy jaki kiedykolwiek widziałem. Zero użyteczności. Apka przydatna tylko do sprawdzenia balansu na karcie. I nawet tego nie da się zrobić, bo na nowym telefonie niemożliwie się zalogować.

aktualizacje

Dlaczego non stop aplikacja jest aktualizowana!?!?! ma działać, służy do logowania i zatwierdzania przelewów czy do kradzieży czasu użytkownika? który zamiast się skupić na biznesie musi non stop aktualizować apke banku…. aktualizacje częstsze niż raz na 6 miesięcy to spam i mobbing

Notifications not working

Unfortunately, this app leaves much to be desired. Its most crucial feature, for me, doesn't function. I'm not receiving notifications when money is deposited into my account, despite having all notifications enabled in the app and iPhone settings.

Habe parallel einige Bank Apps im Einsatz. Mbank company net ist wirklich durchdacht und einfach zu verstehen. Speziell der Kantor arbeitet großartig. Ich bin zufrieden, Daumen hoch

Brak powiadomień

Nie mam żadnych powiadomień z aplikacji odnośnie przychodzących przelewów jak i wychodzących. Mimo że wszystkie są włączone w ustawieniach w aplikacji i w telefonie (iPhone 11) … zaktualizowana do najnowszej wersji.

The worst ever

I believe it doesn’t deserve even one star rating, should be zero. Why? This is the worst ever banking app! Loading times for every action you take is just crazy, 3 to 8 and more seconds. Given amount of data it pulls, I can’t recall waiting that long for anything back in the day. Maybe some of the developers intentionally left a delay somewhere in the codebase? Can’t imagine backend is so dead slow. Also trying to use search suddenly yields no results although it did work previously. I imagine product manager, QAs and developers meet daily, look each other in the eye and go “Nah, it’s totally fine, a world-class experience, unmatched and unparalleled!” If you’ve got time to waste or you are high, then that’s an app for you.

Aplikacja jako mobilny token jest prawie dobra. Problem polega na tym, że często trzeba powtarzać żądania, ponieważ aplikacja ich nie wyłapuje. Mam tu na myśli logowania oraz potwierdzanie przelewów.

Loading last transactions

Every time I wanna see last transactions - it takes 20+ seconds to load. Unacceptable user experience

Podoba mi się

Rewelacyjna apka. Widać ciągły postęp, dodawane są nowe funkcje. Intuicyjna i podoba mi się.

Lack of notifications

After several updates, I still don’t receive any notifications. Each time I expect a bank transfer, I have to open the app and check my balance manually. It’s frustrating.
