once i put in the captcha it doesn’t move anymore. in fact tried couple of times….no confident to persue further…
I have a small iphone with the traditional 16:9 screen ratio, and during the accept agreement page during a fund transfer, I cant access the tick box properly because its hidden behind the proceed button. Please rectify and optimise the app for smaller screens too. (iPhone SE 2022)

QR scanner very hard to detect QR code.. need to adjust phone far close far close from QR to detect.. please fix.

The bank and the apps never improve always have bugs everywhere everytime, the only they when customers or clients due in just 1 day the will spam call you like hell

Ingin buat pembayaran melalui aplikasi tetapi disebab sudah lama tidak membuka aplikasi, tersalah kata laluan dan akaun telah dihalang. Buat panggilan sebab akaun kena halang. - buat panggilan untuk membuka halangan - diminta untuk jawab soalan berkenaan akaun - tidak mengingati perincian akaun kerana telah terlalu lama tidak membuka aplikasi dan ada perincian yang telah salah jawapan walaupun telah menjawab soalan-soaln perincian utama seperti number kad pengenalan, number taliphone dan beberapa soalan lain telah dijawab dengan betul. Soalan seperti bila akaun dibuka, bila kali terakhir buka aplikasi adalah soalan yang ditanya dan adalah sukar hendak dijawab dengan tepat. walaupun demikian, akaun saya tetap tidak dibuka dengan alasan tidak menjawab dengan tepat. Maaf pegawai khidmat pelanggan SHAH yang menguruskan panghilan tiada timbang tara yang wajar, sekian terima kasih.
