Doesn’t let you edit your account details. Can’t change email or username and there’s no link to any online support. To delete account, you have to wait to get an email from them and even then they send you in circles for days. Terrible.
CVV or CVC number is never accepted in mTicket app. All correct numbers are wrong. Now I have to remove the app and buy paper tickets in the window.
For a traveler to Boston this app was awful! I look at the station names in Google map and I never find them in this app because it talks about Zones! I don’t know which stupid mind designed this UI. It makes no sense for travelers. Tell me simply about the name of stations, where the hec I am gonna find Zone definition?!!
It does not appear app can be used for buying subway tickets.
Who knows when they will fix this. Can’t use Apple Pay or add cards as of this morning 6/28/24
Payment Method is broken. There’s only a white screen where you should be able to select how you want to pay for a ticket, which makes this app useless.
The app has been working for me for a decent time. But months ago I lost the ability to pay with Apple Pay. While annoying, I was able to put in my card info. Today I lost the ability to pay with that as well since it just loads a white screen. I can’t be satisfied with an app that doesn’t let me use it for its primary functions. This needs to get fixed ASAP.
I’m not sure what the complaining is about, this app allows me to buy my tickets when I need them so it’s fine by me. The UI isn’t great but you get used to it. It even allows you to pay with Apple Pay so that you can avoid adding your credit card info, which is a huge plus in my book. If you want to feel better about the mTicket app you need only check out some competitors, such as the one for bus/train tickets in Miami. Good lord.
I purchased a return ticket. Used one way only at 5.55am now the app is showing both were activated at 8.55am.
