Mise à jour

La mise à jour ne se fait pas, ni en wifi, ni en 4 ou 5G (iPhone 14 Pro). Et ce malgré la désinstallation et réinstallation de l’appli…

Can’t change location

It’s a great app apart from you can’t change location once you sign up. Nothing in the settings, no way of updating location… needs fixing if you visit more than one site!

Log in not work

Same log in detail works with no issue in website. But the app simply doesn’t show anything: neither success nor fail, just a blank page, if I press done, it took me back to sign up/ log in page again.

Offline since update

I haven’t been able to use the app since the update. I don’t go past the login, it always takes me back. I don’t understand what’s happened. I have tried via the website as well as the app.

Useless app - Can’t login

Setup account on laptop. Userid password works. Downloaded app and tried to login - cannot login - error message says invalid user name or password. Retested credentials on laptop - works fine. Tried to reset pw in app - app says username does not exist.

App doesnt work

Got an email with a 10% discount for my birthday for signing up for the app, setup password and the login page just keeps on refreshing, have managed to change password but the app continues not to work. Heading there tomorrow as it planted the seed to spend my birthday money and kit the oids out for our holiday at the same time, but without the discount that lured me in, not overly impressed as will likely spend up to £1k.

Login never works

This app has given me so much grief. Despite multiple times changing my password it always gives error at login page. The joke is that when i go for reset in a browser link, it automatically recognises my password but says you can’t use the old password for reset. So it’s frustrating deal. Sadly won’t recommend this app at all

Great app, easy to use. Managed to get discounts from my favourite shops at Cheshire Oaks. Would recommend this app to friends and family visiting!
