MCB Lite Mobile Wallet

This app should be removed from App store, it has a worst user experience. Support team never resolve any issue. Seems like morons are running this bank, they don’t brother about anything. Look at your reviews rating below 2, what a BIG shame for the whole team who manages this App. I request iOS team to remove it immediately.

Every time i insert my number and pin message pop up “ invalid account “

App is of no use if you got a problem your card is blocked or your limit exceeded these things should be available on the app instead of calling customers services and they have no clue what is going on highly disappointed

MCB Lite & MCB Banking App both are one the worst app of Pakistan. Never work on time, full of bugs. They should hire a better company not a family friend who develop this cheap app. SBP please took action.

This is the most pathetic app i have ever used and there application services also shows how there banking services will be pathetic.

None of the MCB apps work. For every small transaction, transfer or payment, I have to either go to the bank or the ATM. They cannot seem to make ONE decent app for making BASIC transactions. Useless.

Hello MCB, Improve the quality of your Lite card application. Such as fingerprint login access to the App. and more other updates like that. kindly have a look on this issue.
