Awful
Absolutely awful app. Terrible functionality. Impossible to order prescriptions properly…what’s the point? Has pushed me to change pharmacy, as the app doesn’t work and very difficult to get through on phone.

Deceptive discount for signup
I visited the site on my laptop in the evening. The site offered me a 15% discount for signing up to the newsletter. The code they gave me didn’t work at checkout. The prices were decent and I would have probably given a 2 or 3 star review, but the customer support were so apathetic that it deserves a 1 star. They did the lazy thing of hand waving something something terms and conditions, and that the code didn’t exist. A bit of a smoking gun that your chatbot has a section for the newsletter discount then, and that 15% discounts are mentioned in a number of places.
On line doctor service
Some of The links on the ‘On line doctor service’ don’t work. I downloaded the app out of curiosity & of course the 15% discount off next online purchase. Will probably delete again as I have no time for apps that don’t work properly. Don’t advertise an app if you haven’t checked that every link works!
No workee...
App does not recognize my login ID and password that I use to access McCabes Pharmacy via web browser. I'll just creat a shortcut to their website rather than use this app.
Terrible
Keeps freezing, keeps crashing. Can’t access dispensary anymore, links lead you in circles.. original app ran rings around this 👎
Not great
Can’t seem to order prescriptions the last few months as it is down for maintenance. So handy as I can never get through on the phone.
Useless
Got the app so I can have my prescription delivered, but the app just brings you to the site, which in turn tells you to use the app. Complete waste of time and memory space
Unreliable
Pretty crappy app. Use to order prescription online . Messages to say order received have no date so no idea if has been processed . Needs far more testing before releases rolled out
Their idea of click and collect is a joke
Don't bother with the app. You're better off just popping in and getting what you need. What's the point of click and collect if I have to wait 2-4 days to pick up the items? Why does the item have to be shipped out to the store when it's readily available at the store. it's also annoying that I have to accept cookies everytime I use the app.
