After 1 year using and with the all live programme payed ,they decide to don’t update any more ,they don’t give me back the money and for the new app(made by them)I have to pay a lot.

About to take legal actions due to fraud. They promised to pay just once lifetime and now they decide to change platform and T&C about payments. And what is worst, is that I can not transfer my data from the old platform to the new one, so basically I lost all my flights for the last 9 years of career. Sent them 3 emails plus PM on instagram and no reply at all. IMPORTANT ADVICE! DO NOT USE IT!! or at least use it as a back up, never as primary!! I have been using mccPilotlog for over 8 years with a promised “lifetime” subscription. After updating my Mac computer to OS Catalina the logbook does not open anymore. Hence I have completely lost my logbook unless I pay again for the new app. No solution form support. Exploring legal actions with my pilot union.

I bought this app few months ago with the promise it was full life time. Now they have decided that the will discontinue it, since they are migrating to a new platform and no more support will be given and in time it ll stop working,ç. They offer to migrate to the new one if again pay for it 3 years in advance. According to european law, this is not legal, at least 2 years of warranty and full support must be given, and again, i migrated from logtenpro, with the promise it was one time pay in life. I emailed them offering some friendly solutions, but not reply. Only way open now is to present a legal claim. Not the right way to do things mcc staff

Llevo usando esta app mas de un año y estoy bastante contento. Empecé con la versión gratuita pero al poco tiempo me pase a la ENT. Se sincroniza con el iPad y el Mac sin problemas. En caso de cualquier incidencia le mandas un mail a Helpdesk y en menos de 48h te dan la solución. Sin duda una gran compra. No como el Logten Pro, que hay que estar pagando todos los años la suscripción, aquí un único pago y listo.

The app crash when i try to see my logbook,so the only i can do with this app is to log a new flight but not to see my latest flight.Please repair the app

I can only see the flight page. Please solve this issue asap. I use this app every date I fly

The new version does not work on iPhone with iOS 6 Plus 9.2.1. I can only see the flight's screen, nothing more. I can not do anything. It works great on iPad on IOS 9.3 Beta.
