They just launched this application for time pass, after submitting complaint 5-6 times there is no resolution.
This application is of no use. For most of the complaints they will direct you to different departments. No proactive followup. Seems like creating an application was one of the KPI. Once done there is no action
I submitted a complaint four days ago. After that the App is not responding and I am unable to see the status of my complaint
The new upgrade doesn’t allow any compliant to be registered. This is a new way to avoid any work getting done by MCD
