Used to be good before the update. Terrible app

Up until recently I’ve been using the old version of this with the black icon (IT WORKED) Until that device has sadly died and now been forced to use this! When I say this, I mean this the updated version, Masternaut Connect and I say that loosely, it’s terrible!! How can you update something and make it worse? You can’t see where you are on the map to the other vehicles? If you search a vehicle it only shows that vehicle and not the one sat next to it which was very helpful! The nearest vehicle section has gone also again very helpful! If you pull into a street and see two other fleet vehicles it’s very difficult to find out who’s who because guess what your not displayed on the map anymore??? Please sort this….

Absolutely waste of time using this app - if only I could of given a 0 star rating.

Worse than useless. My contract finishes in October as will my six years with master NOT Total frustrating waste of time.

Please do not perform any more updates, the more you do the worse it gets.

New app is garbage

App automatically updated to version 3.0.1, new version is terrible. Have tried the recent 3.0.2 update but not any better. Used to be able to see easily start and stop times for individual journeys, now just shows start time and driving time, so in order to see arrival time you have to work it out. Also calendar doesn’t work properly - you can select yesterday, two days ago or days in January, feb is completely missing. Then if you want to view current again you have to close the app and reopen as there isn’t an option to change the day to back to today. Current positions don’t auto update like the old app did, you have to play about to get it to refresh. Another feature that’s been taken away is the find nearest vehicle function. Overall the update has made the app a pain in the backside to use and I wish I had the option to revert back to the previous version. If you haven’t already updated I would recommend turning the auto update off and avoid disappointment!
