What is the issue to why the product is finishing at the end of October?

Ring is great. But each time they update the App you need to reenter your password. FaceID doesn't work. I use the strong password feature from Apple given it's a financial service, so no idea what it is. Absolute pain to reset each time they do this.

Odd design choices. Then the icing on the cake, it won’t work with a VPN enabled! £&/:£ing stupid! If you are stuck with public WiFi, you can’t use a VPN to check the balance. And the authors state it’s for security! Beyond stupid.

The ring itself works perfectly fine but having an expiry date on the ring just to get you to buy another at £99 a go. No thanks. Should have read the small print!

The thing is incredible, no idea why it isn’t widespread and well known, no doubt this tech will be common place in 5 years. It’s so convenient, I don’t used any other payment method now. Can’t speak highly enough of it basically!!

I bought the ring a few years ago used it loads then I stopped for a while no matter how many time I reset the password I could not access the app, now I’m told that the ring has a 2 year lifespan and I have to buy another at full price, Why does it cease to work after 2 years I would like an answer please, also why not a replacement at a lower cost for customers already signed up. I won’t be buying another at just shy of £100 I don’t think this is good for customer retention and will ultimately cease to be viable.

Love the ring and how it works, what I’m annoyed about is in the latest app. You have moved the top up button from the easy access at the bottom of the screen, and moved it into the settings menu??? Why?? Stupid. Much more awkward to find. Put it back where is was. Also it wasn’t made clear when purchasing the ring there is a time limit of 2 years, and you will have to purchase and new ring at £89. Which is outrages! Saying to keep up with latest technology. Well if that is the case why is my bank card not updated as frequently as this?? Just a poor excuse to get more money from you!!!

Love the ring, love the app! Was a great Xmas present but today I found out I only get 2 years then the ring becomes a paper weight and I think that’s a complete joke to be honest after buying a ring for a 100 pounds

This ring is awesome - makes paying for things so simple and convenient. However please note the ring itself only has a 2 year lifespan from when you activate it! This crucial info is only found hidden in the terms and conditions. Once the 2 year is up, you’ll need to purchase another ring at the market price....

Don’t need to take out your wallet anymore! Leave your phone in your pocket and breeeeze through the subway/underground and watch people gawp. Also great for running and has so so many diverse applications !! I want to collaborate!
