Lots to improve
This was a very difficult app to use. I’d say it was “user hostile” It’s difficult to set up a profile. It took me three goes. There’s very little information on offer - once you’ve set up you profile you only have access to a booking process. The maps are slow and in my case having set up a finish point I was told that my starting point was outside the operating area even though it clearly isn’t and we see the bus running along our road several times a day. It’s an important, needed app and I hope that the devs can work on it to improve its functionality and UI.
