SkyBell link not working since SkyBell updated to the new app.

Terrible products and app.

How is it that the doorbell camera can see and record children walking down the sidewalk, but is unable to detect a car driving into or out of the driveway? Perhaps the purpose of the doorbell camera is really to just identify people who are standing in front of the doorbell camera. If so, then, that limited range of view limits the value of the having the camera to begin with. glad I’m not paying a monthly fee for the equipment.

I love my new security system. It’s awesome and very easy to use. I feel much better being away from home now or even being at home. Awesome 😎

Constantly cutting out. There’s a reason it’s offered for free with newer homes. Any power outage causes issues you will deal with for the duration of its existence.

Not to proud with this company

App is always crashing and says my camera is not connected when it still records and shows motion clips. I can’t depend on this system when I’m gone.

Logging in quickly is impossible— Face ID never works properly and login is slow. Good luck if you need to see something on your camera quickly. Devices get disconnected for no reason and are a pain to reconnect, if they even can be. All in all: it’s crap.

Goes off for no reason. They can’t figure it out and I can’t sleep been over a month. This is ridiculous. I would not do business with this company again. Sleepless in Texas.
