Used to scan my lickets, now doesn’t work. App is a waste of time

Latest update broke ability to scan and see results.

It seems to work every 5 times you use it and takes forever

The only thing this app is good for is checking winning numbers. The scan feature doesn’t work to see if your scratcher is a winner.

Camera doesn’t work, can’t scan tickets

It just needs a my rewards section, to scan tickets for the points 🖤

The only reason i have the app is to scan tickets to see if i won, useless app.

TL;DR Old app good, new app has some questionable design flaws Old app served its purpose, for those only interested in Keno that app was as perfect as one could expect. Then you discontinued that app and forced us to use this app…… There isn’t a single monitor that runs Keno that uses an 10x8 grid, EVERY SINGLE MD LOTTERY MONITOR runs 8x10 (rows x columns), for someone who played keno since its inception in 1994 this change isn’t welcome, even to the point where I don’t buy keno tickets anymore, unless I eat out (which isn’t easy for me after COVID). Knowing that I will receive a cookie cutter “fix” saying to update my app, I will say up front that an update on my end isn’t necessary. It is the design flaw along with what I am used to (other States with their lottery and/or casino also use 8x10) that needs to coordinate. This may not be a big deal to some, and really it isn’t a complete dealbreaker. These apps are meant to be convenient and changing the keno screen format is the opposite of convenience.

Doesn’t work, won’t scan scratch offs, downloaded latest version, did fix anything. Deleting off my phone, it’s totally useless, the developer basically created a brick. The worst!
