This platform both the App and the website have by far been the worst applications I have ever used. Both have been nonfunctional or freezing or malfunctioning or just plane old kicking you out. I DONT THINK IT BY ACCIDENT! Both platforms have never been updated.

I am unable to connect to my rewards. Please help me with this before I lose my rewards points.

It was OK at first but now I’ve scanned in two months worth of tickets getting two tickets or three each week. It’s funny how my points are stuck on the same thing as when I started so you’re telling me over 30 tickets I put in I still only have six points, so that’s broken in your app. There’s no customer service besides some phone number you sit on hold or have Twitter or Facebook so I’m not signing up just to contact you. I just was hoping your app would work and give the points accordingly . I have all these tickets saved just because I was not getting my prize or draw points they have been stuck on the same thing after my last review. I got an email that was generic help. Yeah I deleted and re-downloaded your app. It’s in your system. If you read half of your reviews, people are telling you the same things if you google online people are saying the same things. Your app works at first and then it stops giving you points therefore your sort of scamming people because nobody gets a prize or drawl points for buying your tickets like you promise you think the Maryland lottery would have enough money to make sure their app works. I would like to know what the Maryland lottery is going to do since I have a couple months of tickets that haven’t given me any draw/prize points but you say it’s working obviously it isn’t. it wasn’t hard to find everybody that’s having an issue with the same thing and if it’s not fixed in a couple of weeks, then I can just review your app every day and give it a bad review with one star if no stars was an option that’s what I’d give you . Over 10 reviews say the same thing nothing has been done and over two years. It seems like because this problem started way back when you think you’d keep an eye on it or test your app here and there. just getting tired of all these corporations jumping on the app bandwagon and then you can’t even make sure your apps work what’s the point in doing it if you’re gonna let app get crappy and not help people that are telling u it isn’t loading tickets. If it can’t be fixed I suggest hiring new IT people.

Although I appreciate the upgrade to the store for prize points and the ease of use now, I have been frustrated because I have won numerous coupons that I have not been able to redeem for months now because it just buffers on the rewards history screen. They’re probably expired now so it’d be great to get that working for future. Other than that it’s great but please fix this. Thank you.

04/25/2023: I’d like to create payslips to scan at the machine but it doesn’t bring anything up. I’d also like to play 5 games and choose numbers and print those 5 games on one slip instead of 5 slips.

So why doesn’t your My Rewards app have Touch ID to login? Do yourself and your users a favor and use the Virginia Lottery’s app as your model for features and user friendliness!!

When I pull the app up now, there is nothing there, just a blank screen with only the heading. I can still scan tickets, but that’s it. Total garbage. It used to work, I used it to skim my lottery tickets, now it is completely useless.

Sometimes it scans my paper tickets sometimes it don’t. I have a whole bag full that I don’t know what to do with.

When you try to redeem your rewards it keeps asking you to login. I deleted the apps and logged back in, tryed on the internet and it’s keep saying unexpected error. You should not have to login again just to ship your order when you’re already logged on.
