Decargué esta app con el solo propósito de dejar una adicción pensando que solo era un contador de días pero es mas que eso es todo un sistema diseñado para ayudarte, con muy buenas recomendaciones de videos de mejora personal, calendario y journal para ver estadísticas de tu comportamiento y como hay veces en donde una cosa pequeña puede hacerte perder el equilibrio, identificar que te provocó y alejarte
