Me from Allocate FAQ
Is Me from Allocate free?
Yes, Me from Allocate is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Me from Allocate legit?
⚠️ The Me from Allocate app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Very bad. You opened to check available shifts, when you return to check again, it starts jumping up and down when you try to touch it. The only way to continue is to switch the phone off and on. In a day I will switch my phone off and on depending how many times I want to check for available shifts. You does that. Very disappointing and frustrating.
App
Never can see my off duty or bank shifts and then it mostly says used wrong credentials! Poor
Shocking
I don’t have much more to add than Sophiee0600 who has said it all really. Constantly being logged out despite ticking the ‘Remember Me’ box. When I add my log in details, it’s a complete gamble as to whether it will actually allow me in or just give me a pretty little swirly feature until either I cease living or I shut the app down. Facial recognition is a total waste of time. Just make sure you don’t leave your shift or annual leave requests until the last minute because you can guarantee this app will screw that up for you. Someone who knows what they’re doing, please update this mess.
Its really not good at all
No Stars
Quite possibly the worst app I’ve ever used
I reckon I can successfully login around 1 in every 5 times, regardless of my location or signal strength.
A truly useless app.
Poorly built system
Like a lot of others, I am usually only successful at actually getting into the app about 1 in 10 times of trying. Once in, I can see my current rotas, but not my past ones & have no way of telling whether a shift has been locked down or sent to payroll. As a bank worker, I need to know. Usually, I go for the website, which is clearer, easier to navigate, and has this information, even on a phone. However, even on that I can only log in about 1 in 7 times - not a marked improvement really. I have come to the conclusion that the whole system is just poor and far from up to standard. I really cannot work out why so many NHS employers opt to use it. But sadly, they do, so there is no other option.
AllocateMe
Absolutely rubbish app, I need this app to work so I can see my rota and request annual leave. It never wants to log in and the web version is just as bad, hanging & timing out so frustrating as I need it for work. It’s an absolute joke. PLEASE SORT IT OUT

I’m having issues with eroster since last week, all it’s saying connection error. What’s the problem?
Useless!
Slow app! Why is this app so slow?! This must be the slowest app that I have ever come across. Have allocate me started to look at ways of making it better..
Don’t bother with it!
This app is utterly useless so save yourself the time, effort and huge amount of frustration and don’t bother with it! It’s not fit for purpose. You would think that in 2024 and the technology out there that someone would take notice of the terrible reviews and do something about it.
