This is the first app I see that lets me know what I need to work on to optimize me health. I used to never post attention to my cardio fitness until I got the notice that it needs work. The meal plan seems accurate and I love how I can adjust my macros. I love it!

I paid for six months of this app & everytime I try to do anything on it, it gives an error message saying “token failed to authenticate “. I have tried to get in contact with the company & there is only an email address. I have sent numerous messages in the past two months, with no response.
1. You are not able to see the full app and decide if you want to invest in the app. 2. The pricing for the app is better than most weight loss apps. 3. Don’t like there is no trial period. 4. Once you sign up, and get a good look at the app functionality it’s not worth it in my opinion. 5. The meal plan recipes selection is not all that great 6. The app does have great app features All in all was it worth the purchase no.
This app makes it difficult to meal prep throughout the week. It shows the meals on a day by day basis. It would really help me out if I cam see what I am eating for the week so I can properly plan. I have a busy life. I don’t have time to cook everyday. Also for the life of me I don’t know how to pull up the workouts. I have the 3 month plan for 11.99 to this app out. So far I am not impressed.
Worthless app with absolutely no value
I put in that I was lightly active and was looking to put on a little bit of muscle and it recommended I basically eat 3 steaks a day and consume 4500 calories. There’s no good science behind it and the developers did a terrible job of organizing. When you go to print your shopping list it’s not streamlined at all. I need a refund, the fact you’re charging for this is ridiculous.
I was looking for a food app for nutrition focused meal planning. I purchased 1 month of this app to check it out and was ready to cancel the subscription within the first 10 minutes. This app quickly throws together a meal plan with a “grocery list” but fails to provide any amounts for the ingredients. For example: Overnight Oats- Oats, Banana, Yogurt 4oz. That’s it folks. No recipe, no ingredient amounts and the grocery list says the exact same thing. This app has the potential to actually be something educational but unfortunately settles for complete lack of effort. Don’t waste your precious time here.
I downloaded it but it only gives me the option to update or exit. Fixed now.
