Very slow, took ages to order!!
Worst food ordering app, ever
The app wouldn’t let me log in with Apple ID. It wouldn’t let me sign up with a new account using email. Once I finally did - signed up online then logged in - couldn’t then pay with Apple Pay. Ended up using takeaways website.

Annoying notifications
I don’t write a lot of reviews, but when an app gets to the point that it is sending a notification every five seconds over the course of 10 minutes. It really gets annoying. Didn’t have a problem with the app before even though there is only one Restaurant in my local area that uses it.

Discount on leaflet not working :(
Unhelpful
After being charged for a delivery that has not happened their refund process is far longer than any competitor, in fact from others it would have been instant as they would not have allowed a closed restaurant to take a payment. This has left us hungry and unable to order a treat from somewhere else. I will now be deleting this app and not using them again.
