Was super glad to hear about you all through a small(ish…) short video app, and I’ve been hooked since. Great content, Great app, (It’s easy to use, nice simple design, love the community area.) and a Great business model. Love what you all are doing. Keep up the good work.

Buggy app - great when I can get it to play
Content doesn’t play, especially on my Apple TV. I’ll select content to watch and it will just load and load until I eventually get the following error: “Response status code was unacceptable: 500”
Bugs!
Hey there’s problems with the app. iPhone 12pro max. Can’t exit app and go back to where I was. It plays but can’t see the picture. Teenage Stepdad rules!

Good content, bad bugs
Not sure if this is a reskin of a templated app since Means uses a streaming platform — but the PiP bug is awful and iOS 14 has been out long enough for this to be addressed by now. Otherwise, kudos! Hope Sam Knight gets back from that cigarette run 😋
Incredible platform
There is a bug in the IOS app that occurs when attempting to watch content in Picture in Picture view. Once the screen is minimized it disappears leaving only audio playing. If I return to the app it doesn’t show that I’m watching anything yet the audio is still playing. If I click on the same content again it reloads playing both the audio from the previously minimized content and the newly reloaded content. Overall I love the platform I look forward to seeing it grow and hope to be able to contribute to it through my subscription for a long time.
