量測心率，是一款簡單易用的量測和記錄心率的應用。適合您在日常生活和工作中方便地量測和記錄自己的心率。
主要功能：
1、可準確量測您的心率；
2、量測結果被永久保存，並可同步至您的Apple Health；
3、支持定時提醒心率量測；
4、支持心率數據匯出，方便進一步分析；

6、支持設定動態背景；
7、支持保存PPG曲線；
8、支持按年齡計算最大心率和心率區間；
使用方法：
1、點擊“開始“按鈕，進入量測頁面；
2、用食指緊貼監視器和閃光燈，約十幾秒後，顯示量測結果；
3、在”量測結果頁面“選擇您的量測狀態和新增量測備註；
4、點擊保存即可；
5、你可以在”量測記錄“修改您的備註和狀態；
6、您可以在”設定“頁面中，設定將心率同步至”Apple Health“、修改動態背景、匯出數據、設定提醒等功能
原理：
人體的心臟跳動，會以相同的節奏帶動血管的舒張和收縮。基於PPG方法，通過監視器感知手指光線强度週期性變化，進一步可估算脈搏跳動。
注意：
此應用非醫用產品，不可用於醫療場景！如您有心臟相關疾病，請務必遵循醫囑。
Apple Health使用說明：
為了您更清楚的理解軟件如何使用Apple Health數據，說明如下：
1、當您在“設定”中啟用“連接到Apple Health”開關時，該應用通過HealthKit向您請求心率的寫入許可權。
1.1、在您同意授權後，在每次保存心率時，該應用會將您的心率數據同時保存到Apple Health。
1.2、如果您拒絕授權，應用僅會心率數據保存在本地，
1.3、當删除該應用時，該應用存儲在Apple Health的數據將會被删除；
1.4、該應用不會讀取您的健康數據；
2、您可以打開Apple Health，選擇“資料來源“，關閉該應用與Apple Health的資料同步。

Every time I don’t feel good I open this app and check my pulse. It is pretty accurate compare with a what it is use at the doctors offices.

I love this app it’s very helpful especially when I’m not feeling well or stressed out I just go to the app and check my heartbeat and it helps me relax because right away I can see that I’m okay my heart rate is normal it just feels like my heart is going to explode it’s just a feeling that all.. this app help me feel at ease and calm because it’s easy and fast… No need to worry about anything .. wish it’s way free all the time that’s the only problem I have right now with this app
