Not reliable at all
I feel like i completely wasted my money paying for this app. It worked very well for the first time i used it and it hardly gave me right measurement after that. I do not recommend this app.

Not a good app . Gets confused and not useful at times
I do not really see this application reliable. It might be good for entertainment or last resort tool, but not as something I would like to lean on. It shows different values each time and the points of measurement for not real applications. I still give it 3 stars though as the developer did a good job, the design is nice and the issues happen in other applications so it's rather the apple ar kit that is unreliable.
This app is fun to mess around with, but has no real professional use. I used it to try and measure siding and gutters on a house, and not only did it take me over an hour to get photos that were close to right, The measurements were still off substantially. I imagine that, as technology increases, the accuracy will to. I read a review from over a year ago stating that having to center the camera with shaky hands is too hard. They still haven't addressed this issue. It would he more useable if the marker would place where your finger taps. I am using the app on an Iphone 11. This app is not worth the $2.99 and I regret making the purchase.
I tested the simple measuring ruler and it doesn't work at all. The first thing is that it's very difficult to use. You have to center the camera to where you want to measure and manually move the camera around to make the measurements. From a hand coordination perspective, this is not the most accurate way to measure, since if you have slightly shaky hands, the measurement will be drastically off. A better option could be to use the finger for setting both the start and end points of the measurement.
Paid what consider a hefty sum for a completely garbage app. Not accurate at all and contrary to another review, I'm not dealing with glare I'm dealing with a completely useless inaccurate app.
Always inaccurate, iOS 12 makes this app beyond useless. Magnetic field is kind of a cool idea but terribly implemented with no accuracy. Rest of the app is available in other parts of iOS 12 or better, free alternatives with active developers. No reason for these AR measuring apps.
Great tool
Thanks
It’s always off by at least an inch or two when it works it’s best. Not sure where in the real world I could actually use that. Also it said my tv was 4”. This app is terrible.
