Who is meatless for?
Everyone! If you are a flexitarian, the app can help you to reduce your meat consumption. If you already live vegetarian, pescetarian or vegan, the app offers you useful information on CO2 and water consumption.
At the moment, this app is mainly intended for flexitarians, i.e. for people who are actively looking to consume less meat, but as stated above, it can also be used as a vegetarian, pescetarian or vegan.
Why should I eat less meat?

Basic and doesn’t always work
This app could be great! It lets you log if you’ve eaten meat, vegetarian, or plant based, shows it on a calendar, and then shows you some statistics it calculates around the amount of meat you have entered. With a year subscription fee of $16 it should be flawless and have many functions, but it’s simple and it’s NOT working. I can’t enter my meal from yesterday or a previous day, even though the functionality is there, it isn’t working. (UPDATE I got it to enter on a previous day, but when you choose a new date it will not change the date on the ‘What Did You Eat’ banner). It says it’s free, but nothing worked for me until I paid for premium, so exactly what functions are you getting for premium, for the app to work? Free seems like false advertising. There are only a handful of recipes on Meatless Monday section where there could be hundreds. On the calendar it only colors your circle by 3 colors, whereas the program could take the data you are entering and make the color gradational. I don’t want to have a big red circle on a day when I’ve had 4 slices of pepperoni when someone who has eaten meat every meal has the same color. That way you could see what days were worse than others. Overall I’m very disappointed because this was not a free app as it said, it is an expensive app, and I don’t mind paying good money for something that has lots of functions, but right now it seems underdeveloped and kludgy. I hope the developer can incorporate some of my suggestions and keep working on it to make it better
