I dont trust ppl clubs because I tired battle players or boss things or events

No matter the countless problems you have or what loss you incur customer support will never replace or compensate what you lost or reward you missed out on. They will only reply to your issue once a day. And it’s almost always asking or answering a question that’s already been asked or answered. It’s absolutely absurd! I’ve been waiting 2 months for them to replace units that were lost due to a glitch and they refuse to make it right. It is a pay to win game. If you don’t pay you’re nothing. I don’t mean $10 or $20 you have to be spending hundreds a month in order to do anything. I wish I never started this game.

This IS a really great game, but until the game stops disbanding my rallies (I’m 20m over the power level! WHY would it get disbanded!?) and stops crashing as I’m scrolling through my beasts, my rating will stay a 1 instead of 5.

Lot of update mech and many events love this game would like more item in upgrade tree

Don’t bother saving your info on the game because it does nothing. I recently had to get a new phone and tried everything I had, accounts wise, and all of them have me starting all over. Frustrating when I spent money on a game I actually enjoyed and was a part of EAG1. RIP

The games moderators play this game attacks you so you spend money to heal or overpower which never happens. They made the mistake to reveal the GM badge . This is FRAUD.if it could get negative stars I would give it as much as possible.

The server has been down for a week only on the tablet please fix this issue so that I can play the game

The good/cool aspects of the game: the dinosaurs are all generally just cool looking. well designed, unique and aggressive characteristics. Wide variation of different dinosaurs and a couple of other species. Catching and training upgradeable dinosaurs(dino bots?😂)with unique passive and combat abilities such as reducing construction time or giving the other dinosaurs/human troops it’s deployed with extra HP, upgradeable war gear, rare or powerful dinosaurs with specialized war gear specific only to them, dino riders, upgradeable gear for your character, re-arrangeable base, upgradeable buildings, wall, and resource collectors. Upgradeable troops in 3 variations being combat, ranged, and riders. Exploration which constantly runs in the background and collects “AFK” supplies with the ability to also actively fight other NPC dinosaur groups to advance further away from your base and receive better rewards. The ability to research topics to upgrade things like resource production speed/amount, lessen construction times, raise amount of troops able to be trained at once and lessen the time it takes to train them, upgrade troop HP/attack power, increase march capacity, lessen resource cost to do things, etc etc. PVP arena, treasure hunting, numerous rotating events of different categories, resource collection events, festival type events, construction events, etc. very rarely is there not SOME sort of event or special thing happening. Alliances each with their own territory. There are alliance events like wars, rally’s with other members to take down special dinosaurs for extra or rare rewards, etc. Easily obtainable diamonds that are used for finishing construction/research early and buying special items/equipment(diamonds are typically a P2P feature)I haven’t put a literal CENT into the game and at one point I had 40K+ diamonds. Easily obtainable speed ups for construction/research/troop training ques, plentiful resource restoratives(meaning if your short on the resources to build/train/research something you get resource specific care packages that will refill whatever the resource is that you need) the ability to also loot resources from select spots on the world map. There is honestly SO MANY aspects to the game. It is a lot of fun To the developers: SERIOUSLY PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF WHAT I AM ABOUT TO SAY You SERIOUSLY need to add in explanations to the more advanced things. You need to explain events, alliances, etc. there is little to no explanation about
