Great place with great people

I have had numerous bank accounts in the past 40+ years and I honestly can’t say that this is the best bank I have ever worked with! From the first time I walked through the door I was impressed with the people and the policies in place. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone local!

It won’t remember my password and does not support face ID!? VERY FRUSTRATING. Try to reset password on app and it just resets to the pass reset screen. Fix this PLEASE!

This app is good. Keeps track of purchases (even though sometimes purchases take some time to show up), but a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT is the lack of apple wallet support. It would be nice to not have to carry around my wallet, just to carry my card. Wallet support would mean I could actually use my phone to pay for things at stores without having to take out my physical card, or risk losing it. Plus it would be be even more secure to use the wallet app, with all of the scammers who use card phishing scanners to steal your information when you use your physical card.

The update to the app recently is horrible. I’m forever scrolling to look at what I need to, it looks like it’s from 1997. I do not like it at all. Bring back the nice layout of the previous version.

The new update is a huge breath of fresh air. It updates instantly, and the layout is easy to understand. Well done, the little details make all the difference, such as the green number to show an increase in balance and a red number to show a withdrawal or decrease in balance. The app hasn’t been working for a few weeks now. Just did the update & it’s still not working. Doesn’t get to the screen to log in. Just spins.

Was great, until it no longer worked and nothing could fix it. Tried checking if needed update, using newest version ( 100.3.0.1 ) On iOS 13.6.1 Loved being able to rely on this app but sadly now I can’t use it

Won’t even load to the screen... have to go to safari to the website to log in... worthless..

Who’s giving this app 5 star ratings? It won’t even let me log in. Guess I’ll be sticking to Chrome
