I can not be more happy with the app!! The motivation that this gives you and the fact that you could share your progress with everyone who’s working on the same page 👏🏼👏🏼 the medals are beautiful 💖 100% recommended

Why can’t we earn medals because we need to walk so we have to pay for it

It’s a shame that I have to score this app quite poorly. I have completed many other challenge apps - Conqueror & Pacer bring the main ones. These apps offer excellent information about the challenge selected and the app pick up steps from my phone! Easy and interesting!! Medal Mad has lovely looking medals but there’s nothing backing it up. No information about what you’re doing. The layout is confusing and you have to manually enter your steps daily. I bought a few challenges for family which has turned into a complete nightmare. Unlike conqueror or Pacer where you can give people codes to participate these all went to my account. I and to contact MedalMad via email. Emails then went backwards and forwards. So laggy and frustrating. The potential is there with the ideas but it needs ALOT of work behind the scenes. I wont be doing another MedalMad anytime soon.

I’ve been using this app for a while and loved it! It did exactly what I needed it to do and motivated me…. But now I struggle to upload anything. I’m sick of seeing the loading symbol and it not loading. I kept having to delete the app and download! That’s too much of a faff!

Really useful app to log your data when taking part in virtual challenges, but sadly it is all manual data entry unlike its competitors

Hopefully this will get fixed as I really wanted to prefer this challenge over more expensive options but I did the Sherlock one which had quite a few spelling mistakes in the waypoints, the ‘clues’ weren’t obvious & the app & waypoints stopped working for me after the last update. They were very nice responding to my problems but couldn’t resolve it. I’ve heard the medals are good too but do not want to do another challenge on this app - it’s challenging enough posting your distances.

Why can’t I reload the app it’s seems to have gone off the face of the earth don’t want to lose all my hard work on my latest challenge . Tried reloading and nothing

I want to be able to see what I’ve uploaded and edit it if it’s wrong. Also to see what day to carry on from. Apart from this I am enjoying the challenge and finding it motivating

Can’t find where to upload my complete challenge details and have an outstanding order for the Coronation 10K. Feeling frustrated
