Nicht nutzbar
Egal, wie ich versuche mich einzuloggen (was schon mal ging) es geht nicht. Neue Passwortvergabe, dann neue Bestätigung via Email, es dreht sich im Kreis und nicht funktioniert. Schlecht
Eher Praxis- als Patientenfreundlich
Benutze dieses Tool weil mein Facharzt dieses anbietet. Anfragen die an den Arzt/ Praxis gerichtet sind werden von der Praxisseite gelöscht mit der Aussage es sei nichts angekommen. Dieses Vorgehen ist dort nicht nur einmal vorgefallen. Habe daraufhin immer Screenshots gemacht. Medflex sollte hier mal überprüfen ob diese Arztpraxis für dieses Unternehmen geeignet ist. Ich persönlich finde hier Doctolib perfekt.
An sich eine gute Idee
Aber die App meinen chatverlauf mit meinen Arzt einfach gelöscht. Ich hab nun keine Ahnung mehr ob der Arzt geantwortet hat oder nicht . Da stimmt jedenfalls noch etwas nicht
Push Notifications funktionieren nicht mehr
Ich bekomme nur noch per E-Mail eine Benachrichtigung bei neuen Nachrichten.
Sinnvolle APP / Genial 🤩
Ich kann die negativen Rezessionen nicht verstehen ! App Runterladen , installieren, Einloggen alles ohne Probleme geklappt. Eine tolle und sehr sinnvolle App , diese ergänzende Kommunikation sollten alle Praxen benutzen. Einfach WUNDERBAR ! 👍♥️
Funktioniert gar nicht
Bereits PW anfordern klappt nicht. Auch nach mehrmaligen Versuchen keine E-Mail erhalten.
Kein einloggen möglich
Trotz neuer Passwörter ist kein einloggen mehr möglich. Ansonsten wäre ich zufrieden gewesen.
Login fast immer fehlerhaft
Auch nach zurücksetzen des Passworts ist der Login nicht möglich. Bereits mehrere Passwörter erstellt, welche alle nach einigen Wochen nicht mehr funktioniert haben.
Tolle App
Eine ganz tolle Idee und gute Ausführung. Lediglich einen Punkt Abzug weil ich als Mutter nicht die Kinder als Patienten aufnehmen kann sondern das ganze über meinen Namen läuft.
