I had been looking for a cloud service that has an Apple TV app in order to access media files on the TV and it looks like MediaFire is the only one that does. But the app is completely useless. If you open any photo file, the app freezes and you cannot even get back to the previous menu or folder. Even if you close the app and come back to it, it’s still stuck on that photo, so it requires a restart of the Apple TV in order to get back to the main menu! But actually it gets even worse. I deleted a few photos and renamed a video, all in the iPhone MediaFire app. When I then tried to use the Apple TV app again, it just crashed. I then deleted the app, re-downloaded it and logged in again - and same result: it instantly crashed. So now it is •literally• useless. I’ve used Mega, Dropbox, Google Drive, Yandex, and PCloud and they are all, needless to say, vastly better than this utter junk app. I just wish one of them had an Apple TV version of their app.

This app would get five stars because of its simplicity and effectiveness. Except for the fact that a lot of the time when you upload a file, it will go from 0% to 100% then suddenly go back to 0%. And it'll go back up to 100% and loop like this indefinitely. Because of this glitch, it gets 2 stars, but this app has potential!

wont let me download stuff it just shows up as a corrupted or blank file don’t download this app it’s probably a scam and steals your data

I don’t understand why this app even exists, it can’t even do one of the things it should be doing, which is downloading stuff. No matter how hard I try, it’s pointless. Media Fire is really bad in my eyes, but thats my opinion. Do what you want. Download it if you want to. I don’t care. I just really despise this app on a whole new level.

So I made an account and put the right email in password and said incorrect username or password I was confused becaused I put the right things my pass and my email but it lied about it

I used to really like MediaFire app but with all the recent updates it has giving me nothing but headaches. Every single time there’s an update it forgets my profile information and can’t log back in, even when my keychain has saved my login credentials. Please don’t fix it if it’s not broken…
